3 x   brass Dog Pet Tags for use during your stay   ( holiday chalet details on tags ) 

 Dog throws dog towells available  But  if bringing  more than 3 dogs  please provide extra  

    2 x  Dog stands and 4 dog bowls 

Double Bedroom

Double bed   2 x  chest of draws -  DVD  Freeview  TV  -  Radio alarm/ Hairdryer  /Mirror

 - Leading into the bathroom with bath and shower . There is a gas combi boiler for heating and hot water.This is regulated by a thermastat and  there is  always constant hot water

Lobby / Library area

With radio cassette and cd player.

There's a small library of books, cds, videos and dvds and a cane swivel chair - ideal to relax in with a good book!  Borrow  swop etc   any books at will ( Bar Refernce books !) 

Single Bedroom

With twin beds.Wardrobe dressing table and mirror Bedside table radio alarm /  Hairdryer 

clients   to provide own duvet covers * pillowcases  /  bottom sheet  

We provide dog towels and your towels 

Kitchen

With fridge (including a small freezer compartment), microwave, gas hob and oven, kettle air fryer,  slow cooker  ,  toaster and plenty of utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Small pull out  dining table and chairs   for use in any area of chalet 

Utility Room / Back Yard Area

With washing machine /  Ironing board and iron  

The area  leads out to secure private enclosed yard  with 7ft fence. and artificail turf  - easy to wash down pick up dog mess etc   

Seperate secure gated area housing calor gas supply 

BBQ, patio furniture and a shed  Locked secure gate to front garden.

Dogs are safe and secure to be left in this fenced area.

Large Lounge

2 x   Sofas, , Monks bench ,  Feeview TV , Dvd Video player  

Patio doors lead out to a small enclosed veranda and decking area  which is ideal for sitting and relaxing on a summer evening whilst listening to the waves on the nearby beach.!

Enclosed front lawned garden with side pebbled area for 2 cars and small grassed area with washing line.

Verandah /  Decking area to side  with patio furniture. Enjoy breakfast or evening sunset with a drink 

The chalet has an enclosed garden with a lovely grass lawn, providing an ideal place to relax - especially on the verandah and decking which encompasses benches  and table  for comfort

Back yard has 7ft fence enclosure  / Artificail grass turrf  = easy to wash wipe clean etc 

Please note picket fence surrounding  front garden is only 3ft  high - due to lease restrictions
